I loved the whole atmosphere of the Armani Hotel. The hospitality and great friendliness shown on arrival made us feel welcome and not just another guest. I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom with toilet separated. It
was an ideal business stay if you don't want to break your bank.
The lounge was comfortable with a bar counter for fast breakfast. I
have stayed in many other hotels in Dubai for family and leisure
occassions ( The Westin, The Armani and The Palace, and The Grosvernor

Blu is a good choice. -
Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was

The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus.
The apartments are spacious and organized and the view was spectacular.

The stuff where very nice (world class) and the rooms where kept very
clean all the time. Furniture is nice and almost new.
what ever extra we asked through the phone was delivered in a blink of an eye.

I must mention I am a globe traveller and this hotel room service exceeded my expectation - specially when I called for my morning tea and it was served in less then 5 minutes - hot and fresh. That made my day.Also I used business centre for internet for less then 15 minutes and they allowed me free. - the quick reply for the services and requests

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
