Right from day one the staff were exceptionally wonderful. It was my wife's birthday so i told them to organise a surprise in our room for her when we go for breakfast. This really is location,location, booked a junior suite 22nd floor, and it was fantastic. If you were tired of the Dubai mall shopping, or a day out exploring you could just look at the view of the fountain show and the Burj Khalifa which is full on from your suite panoramic windows both lounge and bedroom. For those looking for excellent service, perfect hotel with a wonderful view and non forgettable moments. Just go to this hotel (Ramada Downtown Dubai). Great apartment, larger than expected. View from balcony was fantastic -
Burj Khalifa.
staff were friendly and helpful offering advice on locations to visit etc house keeping were fast.
good location for shopping, tourism and site seeing and not far from the metro which only cost £3 for a day pass on all lines!

Staying at the City premiere hotel apartments was an excellent choice. This was our second time actually. We loved the hotel. The room was spacious. Our kid enjoyed the roomy space. The design of the apartment was just what we had in mind.The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Location is very good. Near to most of attractions we wanted to see. Also, there's a metro station nearby. The hotel restaurant is very nice. Tip: try the margarita pizza. Very delicious!
