  the staff are so friendly, professional with amazing customer service skills, always smiling and happy to help. our appartment was immaculate, warm and cosy with class, everything u need is there. kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc... 2 flat screen tv's and all bath cosmetics and essentials.all for one price. the food was outstanding. i'll def... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ininitly visit again and again and again. it was more like 6* - The staff very helpfull and polite.We liked very much the modern design of the room which was also very big with great view, many amenities and very clean.We would totally recomend!

  Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. The staff went out of their way to give me a room with a nice view after I requested it...put me on the 58th floor! The hotel is huge but never felt crowded. Ever... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ything is clean. Rooms are absolutely amazing! Included an entry way, sitting area, sleeping area, bathroom with a separate tub, a detached toilet roo - Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. I stayed in more than 5 times. موقعه ممتاز، قريب منه سوبرماركت مفتوح 24 ساعة ومطاعم والميترو وصيدلية. غرف الفندق مريحة وتعاملهم ممتاز. سكنت فيه أكثر من 5 مرات.
