Everything ... there was plenty of choices of activities to do for adults and especialy children...most important the Hotel employees were so pleasent and helpfull... The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. We spent 15 days in this hotel.
Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price.
Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free.
Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there.
Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate).
No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close.

The hotel is relatively new and is very clean. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Also the sauna\swimming pool\ massage saloon facilities are well maintained and comfortable. In general a pleasant stay and good value for the money. -

Very polite and effiicient staff. I arrived at about 10am and was allowed to check in early which was great! There was plenty of room in the apartment, and all you would need to make your stay really comfortable. - Fantastic. We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.
