  Everything ... there was plenty of choices of activities to do for adults and especialy children...most important the Hotel employees were so pleasent and helpfull... And always smiling ... you felt like a VIP at all times...   ολα ηταν καλα....αλλα δυστυχως πολυ κακη εξυπηρετηση οσον αφορα το overcharge που μου εκαναν.....και τελικα δεν μου εδωσαν κ λεφτα πισω...πολυ μεγαλη ιστορια...αλλα δεν θα το ξανακλεισω μεσω booking... - Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Ra... τι λέει ο κόσμος » il) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movies in the mall and walk back to room.. Free internet connection.. - We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

  Everything wonderful at Pullman. Staff great and facilities excellent including pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc., Rooms great and food suited to all.
