  Very helpful staff who were very happy to help always with a smile. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds.   Desk manager was excellent, as were front desk employees. We had a problem with a trainee front desk staff; 1st) the trainee made my wife pay a deposit before they would give her the key. Ok, understood. But I spoke to the manager and explained that I had booked it on my visa and would pay in full upon my arrival from dubai later in the evening, a... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nd that my wife's money was for her and the kids to go to wadha mall, eat and do some shopping. The manager was very apologetic and refunded the mone - It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!
