I travel to the UAE often and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Great for business and a holiday alike. Imagine having a bath looking out to the Dubai skyline. Imagine swimming in the infinity pool over looking the Dubai Marina and then taking a stroll to the Mall or to have dinner whilst the world passes by in Lambos and Feraries. Book on

This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

the staff are so friendly, professional with amazing customer service skills, always smiling and happy to help. our appartment was immaculate, warm and cosy with class, everything u need is there. kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc... 2 flat screen tv's and all bath cosmetics and essentials.all for one price. the food was outstanding. i'll def

I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Exceptional experience!
1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms!
2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable.
3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail

Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel

Villa Rotana is an excellent hotel well worth the money. The hotel is well appointed and clean with excellent facilities. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices from a hot bar to fresh fruit. The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

Very pleasant room, nice and cosy breakfast terrace with excellent breakfast, good central location with cafes, shopping malls, etc. in fair walking distance. Almost no street noise. - Staff are very helpful, All amentities are available and the location of the hotel which is nearby all good restaurants and shopping centeres.

Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view....
