Hotel versailles proved that it is 3 star hotel,it is nice - We loved the hotel, perfect location and excellent hotel for the price.Staff was very helpfull and polite. Great service.Dinners were lovely, breakfast could be better but its our taste only. We missed cold milk for coffee thought, we got only warm one. Except that all was perfect. thanks

Eixan πολυ καλη οργανωση.οι υπαληλοι πολυ ευγενικοι.η τιμη ηταν πολυπροσιτη για το μεσω εισοδημα. - all staff could not have been more helpful. even to the extent of going out of their way to assist in every respect. was always greeted with a smile. was so impressed that i cancelled a trip to singapore in order to extend my stay a further two weeks

I am travelling for last 32 years.I have hardly find any hotel which can be more customer friendly.The staff is extremely good.The help they gave me as I had lost my passport was exemplary.Room service is really very fast and quality of breakfast is very good.Ideal for an Indian traveller. -

Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there. The metro is the best way to get around as it stops at all major shopping malls and there all covered air-conditioned walk ways to the shops.It takes

Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport. Cannot praise this hotel enough - Great location, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Mall of Emirates was just around corner - 5 minutes walk even on hot day(38 degrees Celsius), Dubai Mall was one stop away on the open top buses - If you like shopping might be better just to get a taxi - to this Mall - we were there 4 hours and only just touched the surface.
Went to Gold Souk - Quite an experience - very friendly and not overly pushy.
Would gladly go back and stay again

I soon discovered that and called them to check it. they kindly called me back within 10 minutes and informed me to found it and come and pickit. when came back the security handeled it to me after signature and proper doc

I arrived very late, they kept my reservation, I checked-in in few minutes, my room was comfortable, room service was fast, I slept well, had coffee in my room next morning, and got ready for a busy day in a very good mood. The location was very convenient and I parked my rent car free.
