I have stayed at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai numerous times and it is my hotel of choice in Dubai. The value for money is terrific and the staff reflect great credit on the Dubai hotel industry. The rooms are clean, respectable, and have good WiFi connects. Staff are very quick to correct any little problems that (rarely) arise. In particular, I love The Champs Bar in the hotel. The location was perfect for us, as we rented a car and had easy access to the cithy via E66, or to the airport via E311. Good WiFi connection - all in all - great value for money! -
The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.

Hotel versailles proved that it is 3 star hotel,it is nice - We loved the hotel, perfect location and excellent hotel for the price.Staff was very helpfull and polite. Great service.Dinners were lovely, breakfast could be better but its our taste only. We missed cold milk for coffee thought, we got only warm one. Except that all was perfect. thanks

Eixan πολυ καλη οργανωση.οι υπαληλοι πολυ ευγενικοι.η τιμη ηταν πολυπροσιτη για το μεσω εισοδημα. - all staff could not have been more helpful. even to the extent of going out of their way to assist in every respect. was always greeted with a smile. was so impressed that i cancelled a trip to singapore in order to extend my stay a further two weeks

Everything was perfect, our room was on the 7th floor and it was very pleasant however there was a bad smell in the hallway but it went after a while.
Customer service was brilliant and so was the room service.
everything was close by even from airport it costs only 13 dirhams.

Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there. The metro is the best way to get around as it stops at all major shopping malls and there all covered air-conditioned walk ways to the shops.It takes

Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport.
