In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so

The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and
the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the
staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room
cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we
left our room. The hotel has no public entertainment facilities such us
nightclubs or bars. This meant unlike its neighbouring hotel

I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . I don't think I will ever change my hotel in Dubai because of the location , the hotel standard , the staff , the room and the room rate , I can't belive I got suite with only 400 dh ,,, - I loved my two-day stay at this hotel. Please excuse this review for being so thorough but I feel after staying here and being so confused before leaving for my holiday this sort of review would be helpful. Overall a very comfortable stay.
We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.
We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome.
Location not specifically close to anything in particular but within walking distance of the metr

This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again! - The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στο μετρό και ενδοιάμεσα της περιοχής για διακοπές και χαλάρωση και της τουριστικής παλιάς πόλης. Βρίσκεται στην Financial περιοχή. Excellent Value for Money. Great location, spotlessly clean, fabuloushelpful staff. Not as luxurious as some hotels in Dubai, but anexcellent 4*+ hotel by anyone's stndards. Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. The staff went out of their way to give me a room with a nice view after I requested it...put me on the 58th floor! The hotel is huge but never felt crowded. Ever

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. I only stayed there a weekend with my baby and husband and entire time in the hotel as it was raining out. Loved the room, decor was modern, classy and clean. The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h
