The location was excellent if you want to be in the centre of Dubai... just opposite the City Centre Mall, close to the Metro, plenty of taxis around, close to the airport. Its perfect if you want to go around Dubai. Its reasonably priced as well. Facilities offered match the cost . Not fancy but functional. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean. Does

Best toilet layout ever found in a hotel. Separate shower and lavatory cubicles allow convenient family use.
Well designed and appointed rooms with high quality furniture and equipment, plenty of storage and power outlets.
Quick and friendly service.
Front desk staff provided a room even though we arrived well before our check in time.
Good quality breakfast.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

It was nice at the Apartment and I particularly would like to commend three staff who provided excellent services during our stay. Mr. Usman and Ms. maybel at the reception and Mr. Arjun cleaner in the room. I wish to specially commend these three for their services.

The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30. The apartments were very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was much larger than I anticipated! The hotel staff are courteous and pleasant and Youssef at the front desk was particularly notable for his professionalism. He made our stay even more welcoming by giving recommendations for places to go and for accommodating our request for a later checkout!

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend. The rate was good. The location was convenient and the shuttle servicewas great. Very clean room. Bed is the most comfortable bed I have tried at a hotel In room facilities and staff attitude are A+. Only 10 minutes away to/from DXB and to the essential shopping centres. It was such a luxury staying at your hotel. We had just arrived from
several weeks in Africa and felt we were treated like royalty!! Service
was fantastic and very friendly. Close enough to metro and airport.
Lovely pool area and breakfast restaurant has such an amazing variety of

I found the staff very helpful. Case in point, I needed it help to get
on a online tutorial and the it person set me up. The reception staff
were professional but not too formal. They made every effort to attend

Almost the perfect Hotel. Clean & Comfortable with big rooms. Rooftop Pool offers panoramic views of the area. Nice neighbourhood with some interesting Restaurants,especially an Iraqi one, where you can watch the national fish dish ( Masgouf ), slowly roasting on wood embers ! . They also cook chicken & lamb on a Chargoal Grill. Highly recommend.
