The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

Everything really. Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)

Perfect service, very gentle and helpful staff, private atmosphere, great breakfast, beautiful landscape - The calm, the view (grass all over the hotel) and the long swimming pool.

Not to see from beach the cranes and drilling machines of the port. Can you remove? This is contamination. - It was good beaches ,and so cole facilities out there.whatis more, it isclose to dubai and a jman .

The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE.
