The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. I have stayed there on 2 occa

We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

Not to see from beach the cranes and drilling machines of the port. Can you remove? This is contamination. - It was good beaches ,and so cole facilities out there.whatis more, it isclose to dubai and a jman .

The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. From the moment we stepped out of the car when we arrived the staff were
friendly & welcoming. Each day of our 5 day stay, they all greeted
us with smiles and called us by name. In particular, the front of house
Manager, Mr Ahmed Gaafar, Reception staff Sharon, Elena, Valerya to name
but a few, went that extra mile to make our stay as special

be. They are a credit to the hotel. -
The hotel opening at the end of 2012 and is in its "soft start up" phase gradually receruiting and training staff and opening up facilities. By the summer of 2013 it should be up to speed. The staff are very hrlpful and friendly and the food at the buffet resaurant (the only one open) was excellent.
