All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. the staff were all very friendly especially the bell boy, i think his name is mohammed and the indian man that brings others for housekeeping

Everything was good. The location is good especially if you have a car; free parking, a next door relatively big grocery store, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free internet (cable net in the room, WiFi in the lobby), very clean, cleaning service of the room was every day; they change the towels, bed sheets, and they do the dishes. -Location is quite, near to metro station (Dubai Free zone station).
-Freindly Staff.
-We arrived early before several hours of the check-in time, they immediately make the check in process and give the key.
-Kitchen was well equipped, you can prepare your meals very easy.
-Room service is available even after 5:00 pm.
-Fast Cable interenet , wireless only at lobby.
-I do recommed it for families.

Modern,clean and super staff, big comfortable rooms with full kitchen facilities. If they keep the price sensible this is a gem. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very affordable. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

everything about this hotel was marvelous. Loved the location which was a 5 minutes walk to metro station. The staff was really friendly and helped us in nearly everything.Very decent, new and well-kept hotel. Well, if you are traveling on business. To see the town it is too far out of the way. Very quiet, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom.

Nice hotel for good 3***. If you are not looking for some extra
services, it is for you. It is not expensive comparing to general
prices in Dubai, and the quality is good enough. Our room was well
equipped, had a small kitchen, which allowed to save some money in such
an expensive country. Anyway it was possible to buy a breakfast.

We were very pleased with the hotel - the staff were particularly helpful, the apartment excellent in facilities, servicing and cleanliness. The pool was great as it was 42 degrees in Dubai. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the nearest very large A/C shopping centre with a supermarket. As we had been away for 5 weeks prior, this apartment
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » was great to relax in and spend our last few days. - Location, View, Facilities, Excellent one bedroom suite, attention of staff - even gave me a birthday cake on my birthday - must have seen the date from my passport on check-in, easy to walk to the creek and see the sights without having to use a taxi.

Large room,close to airport, metro,free wifi,family hotel, washing machine and fully equipped kitchenette...we had a good trip with our kids -
every things was nice and it was my second time in same hotel. I like to stay their if I go to Dubai with my family.

In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so

The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and
the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the
staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room
cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we
left our room. The hotel has no public entertainment facilities such us
nightclubs or bars. This meant unlike its neighbouring hotel

when I made the booking I was looking for somewhere not too expensive but good
away from where I work and live, close to the metro where my fiancé and I can travel.
The room was excellent, a great size with a nice large bed.
The staff were first class, always making sure the room was spotlessly clean and extremely helpful.

The location is excellent,on a peaceful busy road Supermarket,
restuarant , shisha cafe all next door . 10 aed taxi to al sabaqa , or
naif market shopping.two cheapest places to shop. 25 aed to dubai
mall. A well maintained rooftop swimming pool.open till 6pm only , I

Location excellent . Central to metro. And city centre. Come out of
hotel turn right and walk . if you want a great choice of restaurants

cafes . supermarket just 10 m to your right. Shopping. Al gurair mall is
7 mins away.

staff ever so friendly esp the reception manager Sarfraz and Ana the helpful porter etc.
Any room issue was quickly dealt with .

Needs some clean-up inside and outside building. Shower area needs proper enclosure. Curtains are old and cannot withstand water during shower. Bedroom timber floor gets cold needs wall to wall rug. -
