All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. Everything was good. The location is good especially if you have a car; free parking, a next door relatively big grocery store, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free internet (cable net in the room, WiFi in the lobby), very clean, cleaning service of the room was every day; they change the towels, bed sheets, and they do the dishes. -Location is quite, near to metro station (Dubai Free zone station).
-Freindly Staff.
-We arrived early before several hours of the check-in time, they immediately make the check in process and give the key.
-Kitchen was well equipped, you can prepare your meals very easy.
-Room service is available even after 5:00 pm.
-Fast Cable interenet , wireless only at lobby.
-I do recommed it for families.

Modern,clean and super staff, big comfortable rooms with full kitchen facilities. If they keep the price sensible this is a gem. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very affordable. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

We were very pleased with the hotel - the staff were particularly helpful, the apartment excellent in facilities, servicing and cleanliness. The pool was great as it was 42 degrees in Dubai. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the nearest very large A/C shopping centre with a supermarket. As we had been away for 5 weeks prior, this apartment

In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so

The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and
the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large
selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the

Needs some clean-up inside and outside building. Shower area needs proper enclosure. Curtains are old and cannot withstand water during shower. Bedroom timber floor gets cold needs wall to wall rug. -

The location close to Dubai Metro. Clean and comfortable room for my one-night stay, albeit in a room without an outside view. Wonderful power shower in the bathroom. Big comfortable Queen size bed. Close to nightlife for single male travellers. Friendly attitude of staff willing to help. Large lobby with lots of comfortable armchairs. -

Free underground car parking, breakfast and all taxes were included in apartment price. The kitchen were fully equipped and separated from the main living room (reducing smell when cooking food) - big apartment, clean, compared to other hotels the price is very good

I felt at home here. The staff (front desk, service, front door, garagedoor, work out room - all) was always very nice and helpful. Hadabsolutely no problems - The staff is very responsive and the rooms are comfortable.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were always attentive to our requests. The hotel also provides breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets for a set price which were always good value. They also provided free shuttle services at set times. One day those times didn't suit our needs, so the receptionist organised us a private shuttle bus instead (30 DH

I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to the crew very helpful! i really recommend this hotel to everyone, i was suppose to check in at 2pm but i arrived at the hotel at 2am and they gave me the room earlier at 8am...then i can have a rest and shower, the crew are really polite and happy face..
