Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room at 04.00 am for free. also free airport transport - The staff were very freindly and helpful and were willing to ensure that your needs were catered for.The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to most shopping malls and more importantly the Airport. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is wonderful! - Highly recommended hotel. Superb facilities and services in a beautifully designed hotel (in particular the swimming pool and its surroundings).

The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend. It was such a luxury staying at your hotel. We had just arrived from
several weeks in Africa and felt we were treated like royalty!! Service
was fantastic and very friendly. Close enough to metro and airport.
Lovely pool area and breakfast restaurant has such an amazing variety of

It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there
was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. After a
complaint they tried to solve the problem but they could not do anything
about it. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and
did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check-
out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport! Many

I only stayed there a weekend with my baby and husband and entire time in the hotel as it was raining out. Loved the room, decor was modern, classy and clean. Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The cleanliness was commendable. I liked the fact that they cleaned the
rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
help. We requested change in the weighing scale in the bathroom and it
came speedily. It is also more than value for money if one can afford
