Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

The staff were excellent, from rception to restuarant to cleaning staff, world class service. We will definitely stay here again and again. Non smoking and non alchoholic a definite plus. Comfortable rooms esp bed.
Restuarant staff were very helpful arranging early breakfast. The best we've experienced in dubai thus far.

Ότι ήταν κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο - staff were most accommodating having arrived at 1am for checkin... they also drove us to the airport with our 4 massive pieces of luggage as they coud not hail a taxi big enough - Greta for the price. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping handy. Staff friendly. Would stay there again

The moment I walked into the hotel, there was a very welcoming atmosphere :)

Always a pleasant greeting from all staff. Laundry and room service punctual. Dining in the Terrace Restaurant very enjoyable. - Staff is always excellent and helpful. Room service was excellent as well.

Goo staff and location
Excellent Bed comfort and quality and Got an upgrade to executive room also free airport transport and it’s rightly priced, and near the airport.
No casino and it is good for family - The staffs are very polite and efficent. The room is clean and its decoration was very nice. They gave me free airport transport.

There were good facilities within the hotel including a gym and a swimming pool on the terrace. The staff were extremely attentive and the facilities were regularly cleaned well. We stayed in a grand suite on the 4th floor. The porter, Monir, was extremely helpful, polite and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him. I have been to Duba

The Staff were fantastically professional. They made our stay better.
The hotel offers a very good value for money especially that our booking
for a family room has been upgraded for executive suite. The breakfast
is good and their lunch and dinner is affordable. We do recommend this

I have chosen this hotel based on the general reviews and on the
affordable price.
For what I have paid this hotel is really great and went over my expectations. I think people are very severe with their critics because there are so many great and new hotel in Dubai. It's difficult to compare this hotel with a brand new hotel at 400$ per night.

I had lost my passport in Cab. The cab which i dint even take from the Hotel. I had just stopped by the Hotel to pick up my luggage. When I reached the Airport, I realised, I had forgotten my bag in the Taxi, which had my passport. I called up the hotel to check if they caught the Taxi no. in the CCTv footage.
