Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there. The metro is the best way to get around as it stops at all major shopping malls and there all covered air-conditioned walk ways to the shops.It takes

Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport. We needed a twin room just for one night. The room was really nice, much better than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed to print my checkin receipt and they were happy to help. - They have a very friendly and accomodating receptionist at the lobby.

I was pleased that the hotel gave me a suite despite I having booked a
single room. Overall the hotel is located conveniently in Dierra and you
can access shops, restaurants and various fast foods. The place is busy
and lively. The hotel environment is clean and the staff are very polite

Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. Room w/balcony , location was great, both room service and the adult
beverage emporiums were well run, food available in grocers, restaurants
and via the hotel were a good value. Yes there were working girls but
they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs
required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.

Everything was perfect, our room was on the 7th floor and it was very pleasant however there was a bad smell in the hallway but it went after a while.
Customer service was brilliant and so was the room service.
everything was close by even from airport it costs only 13 dirhams.

Hotel versailles proved that it is 3 star hotel,it is nice - We loved the hotel, perfect location and excellent hotel for the price.Staff was very helpfull and polite. Great service.Dinners were lovely, breakfast could be better but its our taste only. We missed cold milk for coffee thought, we got only warm one. Except that all was perfect. thanks
