Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there. Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport. We needed a twin room just for one night. The room was really nice, much better than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed to print my checkin receipt and they were happy to help. - They have a very friendly and accomodating receptionist at the lobby.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel was spotless and the room was very comfortable. The window could be opened. Everything was perfect, our room was on the 7th floor and it was very pleasant however there was a bad smell in the hallway but it went after a while.
Customer service was brilliant and so was the room service.
everything was close by even from airport it costs only 13 dirhams.

Hotel versailles proved that it is 3 star hotel,it is nice - We loved the hotel, perfect location and excellent hotel for the price.Staff was very helpfull and polite. Great service.Dinners were lovely, breakfast could be better but its our taste only. We missed cold milk for coffee thought, we got only warm one. Except that all was perfect. thanks

Very nice location near the red metro line. We arrived on a very early
flight, and requested early check-in. No rooms were available at the
moment we arrived, but the staff was ok with us sleeping on the lobby
couches. We also got our room already about 10am with no extra cost. -
