The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, available - in short
excellent. They secured my luggage without charge, after I had booked
out, until my late pick-up, They trusted my word that I not used the
contents of my room 'fridge - I hadn'T. The complimentary
toiletries were appreciated. A nice stay. Thank You. Brendan. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ne staff willing to give me a room on the top floor. Good ambience and well laid out room. Good proximity to restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Hotel also has its own bar/restaurant inhouse. Good hotel for a night or two when passing through Dubai.

All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. the staff were all very friendly especially the bell boy, i think his name is mohammed and the indian man that brings others for housekeeping

the meal, particularly the buffet breakfast was worth the price

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Ότι ήταν κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο - staff were most accommodating having arrived at 1am for checkin... they also drove us to the airport with our 4 massive pieces of luggage as they coud not hail a taxi big enough - Greta for the price. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping handy. Staff friendly. Would stay there again

The moment I walked into the hotel, there was a very welcoming atmosphere :)

I only stayed there a weekend with my baby and husband and entire time in the hotel as it was raining out. Loved the room, decor was modern, classy and clean. The bed was big enough for the three of us and very comfortable. The rainfall shower was great and the tub is very nice size. We ordered room service when we arrived and a fold out table was

Great hotel, excellent service and amenities. Rooms were clean, spacious and it is a hotel I would visit again. The business centre staff were very efficient and everything was well laid out for the days events.

I was pleased that the hotel gave me a suite despite I having booked a
single room. Overall the hotel is located conveniently in Dierra and you
can access shops, restaurants and various fast foods. The place is busy
and lively. The hotel environment is clean and the staff are very polite

non smoking rooms was a few that at time of my residency in this hotel .i didnt chance for use it .its bether increase this kind og rooms for costomers how dont like smell smoking .

Always a pleasant greeting from all staff. Laundry and room service punctual. Dining in the Terrace Restaurant very enjoyable. - Staff is always excellent and helpful. Room service was excellent as well.

Goo staff and location
Excellent Bed comfort and quality and Got an upgrade to executive room also free airport transport and it’s rightly priced, and near the airport.
No casino and it is good for family - The staffs are very polite and efficent. The room is clean and its decoration was very nice. They gave me free airport transport.
