Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there. Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport. All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. The location is good especially if you have a car; free parking, a next door relatively big grocery store, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free internet (cable net in the room, WiFi in the lobby), very clean, cleaning service of the room was every day; they change the towels, bed sheets, and they do the dishes. -Room service is available even after 5:00 pm.
-Fast Cable interenet , wireless only at lobby.
-I do recommed it for families.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that

Modern,clean and super staff, big comfortable rooms with full kitchen facilities. If they keep the price sensible this is a gem. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very affordable. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Ότι ήταν κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο - staff were most accommodating having arrived at 1am for checkin... they also drove us to the airport with our 4 massive pieces of luggage as they coud not hail a taxi big enough - Greta for the price. Shuttle bus to beach and shopping handy. Staff friendly. Would stay there again

We were very pleased with the hotel - the staff were particularly helpful, the apartment excellent in facilities, servicing and cleanliness. The pool was great as it was 42 degrees in Dubai. The hotel was within a 10 minute walk of the nearest very large A/C shopping centre with a supermarket. As we had been away for 5 weeks prior, this apartment
