  The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, available - in short excellent. They secured my luggage without charge, after I had booked out, until my late pick-up, They trusted my word that I not used the contents of my room 'fridge - I hadn'T.   We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  Service met een glimlach met het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam te allen tijde. Kamers luxe dus niet nodig om uit onderneming als roomservice een telefoontje verwijderd. Zeer ruime appartementen zo geweldig voor de kinderen, veel ruimte voor een groot gezin. Locatie was geweldig en makkelijk voor taxi aan de deur. Zou terugkeren naar Ajman om hier weer te verblijven. - I stayed at this hotel several times when it was called Landmark Suites. I always loved the location right by the beach, but the hotel was showing its age. Now under the new management, Ramada is making all the necessary repairs and replacement and cleaning it up very nicely. The price is good, staff are courteous and wifi is available everywhere in the hotel for free. I would love to visit again.
