  With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between flights it was logical to book into this hotel. We requested they provide a guide to greet us as we got off our flight from Italy. Lucky we did, as the flight arrived at a completely different terminal, and involved a 15 minute transit via lifts, shuttle train and walking, it wou... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ld have taken us ages to find our way. We stayed there also on the way over - they provide all toiletries, wake up call. And the best, most comfortabl - I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

  This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way. Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

  I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always.   We took room with two double beds, great size room with comfortable large beds and superb city views. Excellent facilities including relaxing pool side, fitness gym and spa. Hotel does not have a night club which is great, no noise polution and the rif raf stay away leaving clean family environment. Loved the location and convienience of being able to access all majo - 1- Location near to Dubai Mall. 2- The car pick up from the airport it was excellent they give us short summery about the hotel because it was new. 3- All staff are more welcoming, they want to help you. 4- Thanks to Saied and Nahel in the reception they were super helpfull ,we wasn't happy from our room they did move us directly. 5- The technology in the room. 6- The swimming area. 7- The breakfast was amazing. 8- The atm in the lobby. 9- Room service :) . 10- Every day chocolate on the bed af
