Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board b

The hotel was Fantastic!! The location was beautiful and the staff were
excellent.Very well trained and evey staff knew axactly what he/ she
should be doing.The food was fantastic and the breakfast buffet in Abu
dhabi Crowne Plaza was simply one of the best ever we have

Our rooms were upgraded at no cost, we were given the suite with living
room, our family stay was pleasant. Our 2 kids (7 yrs & 3 yrs old)
enjoyed the pool very much. Lifeguards were always present &
watchful. Me & my wife enjoyed the sundowners bar with cocktail
drinks while the kids swam at the children's pool. Breakfast at Jing
Asia was splendid. What I liked best is that the wifi connection was
quick/fast (even if all 4 mobile gadgets - phones & tablets were
browsing & w

The place is great, very clean, spacious and staff are very friendly and welcoming! We enjoyed the breakfast (lots of choices) (I love the egg station) xx Nice pool area comes with (Relaxation pool for 18 and above) if you want some peace and quiet. there is also a SPA.

Almost everything, except the distance to the city centre, but
that's what makes the positive attributes possible.
I especially appreciated the front desk and resaurant service -- transparent, prompt and respectful.
The terrace and view over the golf course to the sea was a great relief after days in a windowless meeting room at another hotel.
The room was surprisingly quiet given a 2nd floor location directly over the pool deck -- and so close to the airport.

Staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help us with our taxi payment to and from the hotel as we did not have any cash - I was in transit via Abu Dhabi ahd I found the Mafraq very convenient and the staff helpful. It is always good to say it loud whenever you have been treated well and that's exactly what I had from my stay in Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, although it was short but enough to have the great and WOW first impression.
The great service, smiling team and the wonderful swimming pool made all the above.

This is the second time for me in this hotel and were generally establish a distinct and wonderful which is characterized by calm, peace and spectacular view of the room.I loved modern design of the room and various equipment and especially the bathroom and rainy shower. As well as the swimming pool is very suitable, especially for children.
For this I recommend this hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi.

We loved the, service was professional and yet personal. They had a cake in our room when we were celebrating our anniversary. The location is out of the city, but a short taxi ride to either Dalma Mall in Musaffah or Mushriff Mall. أعجبني موقع الفندق بمنطقة راقية و هادئة جدا في أبو ظبي و توفر نشاطات مختلفة كالتسوق داخل قرية البري نفسها ووجود مطاعم على مستوى عالي منها مطعم عبدالوهاب اللبناني أكلهم لذيذ جدا و مطعم ايطالي و فرنسي و غيرها. كما يمكن التنزه بالشاطيء الخاص بالفندق يوجد فيه مسبح أكثر من رائع أو السباحة في البحر كما يوجد جلسات للعوائل و يمكن التنزه على شاطيء السوق و رؤية جامع الشيخ زايد منه بإطلالة مميزة و يوجد سيارات جولف مجانية للتنقل في أرجاء قرية البري الغرفة جميلة و مريحة و تصميم الفندق قمة في الروعة تعامل ال
