  All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites! I did not have time to use the restaurant but the room service and pantry quality of food were ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » excellent and portions plentiful! Also the complimentary bottles of water in the room every day were welcome. - Location for my work at Airport. Front desk staff were all very patient and efficient (especially as my booking wasn't recognised!!). Bar staff all very friendly. Swimming pool a bonus as it was particularly hot and humid this trip. I like the 24 hour deli for a quick sandwich or coffee. The business facilities were useful to me again.

  I have been looking forward to writing this review as we had such a great time at the Park Inn. We live in Dubai but often escape the busy city an drive up to Abu Dhabi and Yas Island. Having stayed in quite a few hotels therefore we can honestly say this is our favourite. The staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived and we were greeted with big smiles. The hotel is so clean and the rooms - - Front desk is extremely warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Shait Ali at front desk. He is so friendly, kind and helpful even at the middle of the night. - Check-in is very fast and completed without any problem. - Service quality is high, front desk responded your wills very quickly. - I recommend to get the breakfast buffet.   Hotel is very clean... Staff are gracious, helpful, polite. Free wi-fi is a positive thing also. Room sizes are good enough for two person. The location is between the city center and Yas Island. It takes 20-30 min drive to the Marina Mall and 15-20 min drive to Yas Island. The hotel is absolutely value for money. I never met so great people before in any other hotel. Everybody is willing to support and supporting in all issues and even out of normal range. I’m always happy to return to IBIS and I share my pleasant experience with everybody and recommend this hotel to business people and families with children.
