All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites!

Also the complimentary bottles of water in the room every day were welcome. -
Location for my work at Airport.
Front desk staff were all very patient and efficient (especially as my booking wasn't recognised!!). Bar staff all very friendly. Swimming pool a bonus as it was particularly hot and humid this trip. I like the 24 hour deli for a quick sandwich or coffee. The business facilities were useful to me again.

Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board b

I have been looking forward to writing this review as we had such a great time at the Park Inn. We live in Dubai but often escape the busy city an drive up to Abu Dhabi and Yas Island. Staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help us with our taxi payment to and from the hotel as we did not have any cash - I was in transit via Abu Dhabi ahd I found the Mafraq very convenient and the staff helpful. The hotel was like a home away from home. I booked a single room but due to unavailability, i was upgraded to a suite FOC. The suite had all the facilities you could want in a home. There is a shopping mall at the other wing so it was very conveninent to shop while i lodged, and it was fully accessible from the hotel. I'll be there again next year

It is always good to say it loud whenever you have been treated well and that's exactly what I had from my stay in Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, although it was short but enough to have the great and WOW first impression.
The great service, smiling team and the wonderful swimming pool made all the above.

This is the second time for me in this hotel and were generally establish a distinct and wonderful which is characterized by calm, peace and spectacular view of the room.I loved modern design of the room and various equipment and especially the bathroom and rainy shower. As well as the swimming pool is very suitable, especially for children.
For this I recommend this hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi.

The employees and management at IBIS/Novotel are excellent, just perfect.
I never met so great people before in any other hotel.
Everybody is willing to support and supporting in all issues and even out of normal range.
I’m always happy to return to IBIS and I share my pleasant experience with everybody and recommend this hotel to business people and families with children.
