As an industry NGO, we are constantly on the road traveling around the globe conducting events, speaking at conferences and supporting exhibitions.
Abu Dhabi in the UAE is an annual destination for us in the Winter in January for the past decade.

that provided convenience of location; that fits our “NGO” budget; had the right “service” attit -
I had travelled to Abu dhabi by road from muscat along with my family
including 2 kids. We had made the reservation through letsbookhotel.com few
hours before we started. This time we wanted to spend less on lodging
and spend more on fun and visiting places. After serious search, I could
only find very few hotels at this rate. Keeping fingers crossed made the
booking. Called the reception and obtained confirmation and conveyed to
them that we would be arriving mid night.

Location-location-location. Tourist Club Area and right next to Abu
Dhabi Grand Mall. Convenient for shopping, eating, movies, etc. Very
central. Main plus to me is the use of Le Meridian Pools, beach &

Effortless smile and helpful heart of the staffs before and after you
experience their service no matter what nationality the guests
we're.they've been working like a 5star server does..we asked
for early check in and they make it a point to make it as quick as

One of the best hotels I have ever been. Very very friendly staff with
competent inconspicuous professionalism!The atmosphere of the Hotel and
the quality and care of the staff. You're made to feel a valued

It is always good to say it loud whenever you have been treated well and that's exactly what I had from my stay in Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, although it was short but enough to have the great and WOW first impression.
The great service, smiling team and the wonderful swimming pool made all the above.

This is the second time for me in this hotel and were generally establish a distinct and wonderful which is characterized by calm, peace and spectacular view of the room.I loved modern design of the room and various equipment and especially the bathroom and rainy shower. As well as the swimming pool is very suitable, especially for children.
For this I recommend this hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi.

Every member of staff we met was friendly & welcoming, which was so nice. A quality hotel with good amenities, helpful staff.
Excellent room, good comfortable bed.
Even though my check out time was before the dining room opened they brought me some coffee and croissants.
Plenty of quiet places for meetings with clients.

I had two-bedroom apartment with kitchen. Spacious, clean and quite.
Nice pool on the roof and fully equipped gym. Food was tasty. -
Location is very good, in the middle of city, also close to al Wanda shopping center.

Location is near to abu dhabi mall and many restaurants around (as it's my first visit to abu dabi). Room service is so good.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The taxi
drivers are mostly friendly and helpful. Abu Dhabi is a pleasant
location and also has shopping malls and shops however, the best
bargains are in Dubai. -

There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints. I liked everything at Sands Hotel, It was really professional, clean, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Ms. Anam at the reception and Mr. Sujith the Cleaner specially who really take care of their guests.
