Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board b

Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty
cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a
suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of
check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to
allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

Very good, clean, comfortable hotel/room, very good location. Very helpfull staff. Opposite of the hotel there is a supermarket. Πολύ καλό, καθαρό, άνετο ξενοδοχείο / δωμάτιο, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει ένα σούπερ μάρκετ. -

Хорошее месторасположение (3 супермаркета расположены на этом на перекрестке, остановка автобуса за перекрестком). /

It's very conveniently located, across the road from El Dorado cinema, three bakeries (one of which opens at 5.00 am!), and a 24h supermarket.
On the same side of the hotel, there are laundromats, small cafes (one I would recommend is Captain Puff Pastry....delicious and very affordable local pizzas...loved the Kraft and honey), and some sports shops.

Great hotel and very clean. There was no alcohol as this is a dry hotel. This was for me not a problem as I don't drink alcohol at all.
I was even able to check out at 3pm without paying extra. This hotel suits business travellers and also couples. All major attractions are close to the Hotel. The beach (corniche) is just a few minutes w

All good, very clean, large room, Large bath room, I looked at all the
restaurants and found them good value for the food on offer and I dined
in the Lebanese restaurant . All the staff I met were excellent this
must be down to good training and management in put, the attention to
detail in addressing the guests requirements was very good.

- Staff were very friendly and professional. This is the first time we spend a whole week in the same hotel and that's because we felt welcomed. Everyone, from the Front Desk Manager to Gym staff including porters and parking staff, all were very nice to us and smiling all the time.
- Location suits us very well as it's close from many local shops

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms of a event size. The bar Vertical on the top floor is excellent, with live music. Nice coffee lounge at reception. A car lift will take your car down to the basement car park which I thought was pretty cool.

It is always good to say it loud whenever you have been treated well and that's exactly what I had from my stay in Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, although it was short but enough to have the great and WOW first impression.
The great service, smiling team and the wonderful swimming pool made all the above.

This is the second time for me in this hotel and were generally establish a distinct and wonderful which is characterized by calm, peace and spectacular view of the room.I loved modern design of the room and various equipment and especially the bathroom and rainy shower. As well as the swimming pool is very suitable, especially for children.
For this I recommend this hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi.

There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints. I liked everything at Sands Hotel, It was really professional, clean, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Ms. Anam at the reception and Mr. Sujith the Cleaner specially who really take care of their guests. I like the view from my room at 16th floor, the SPA, the swimming pool at 17th floor, the live music in the second floor bar and everything. I really loved and enjoyed staying at sands hotel.
