I have been looking forward to writing this review as we had such a great time at the Park Inn. We live in Dubai but often escape the busy city an drive up to Abu Dhabi and Yas Island. - Front desk is extremely warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Shait
Ali at front desk. He is so friendly, kind and helpful even at the
middle of the night.
- Check-in is very fast and completed without any problem.
- Service quality is high, front desk responded your wills very quickly.
- I recommend to get the breakfast buffet. The tastes are well and there are varied of choices.

It's great. This is my 5th time there. Rooms are very well designed, arranged and equiped. Rooms are really big and comfy. Location is good and in the heart of the city. There is a mall opposite to the hotel, only you have to cross the street. Resturants are very close like 2 mins walking distance. Everytime i enjoy my stay there and i recommended

For business purpose it was outstanding it had wi fi free every in the
hotel which is uncommon. It had a great breakfast which came with lovely
service. The room service dinner was surprisingly good and came from the
same restaurant as breakfast. It had a great conference centre, gym and
pool with a beautiful setting check out face book for my photos.

Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty
cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a
suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of
check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to
allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

Hotel is very clean... Staff are gracious, helpful, polite. Free wi-fi

The employees and management at IBIS/Novotel are excellent, just perfect.
I never met so great people before in any other hotel.
Everybody is willing to support and supporting in all issues and even out of normal range.
I’m always happy to return to IBIS and I share my pleasant experience with everybody and recommend this hotel to business people and families with children.

Very good, clean, comfortable hotel/room, very good location. Very helpfull staff. Opposite of the hotel there is a supermarket. Πολύ καλό, καθαρό, άνετο ξενοδοχείο / δωμάτιο, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει ένα σούπερ μάρκετ. -

It's very conveniently located, across the road from El Dorado cinema, three bakeries (one of which opens at 5.00 am!), and a 24h supermarket.
On the same side of the hotel, there are laundromats, small cafes (one I would recommend is Captain Puff Pastry....delicious and very affordable local pizzas...loved the Kraft and honey), and some sports shops.

Great hotel and very clean. There was no alcohol as this is a dry hotel. This was for me not a problem as I don't drink alcohol at all.
I was even able to check out at 3pm without paying extra. This hotel suits business travellers and also couples. All major attractions are close to the Hotel. The beach (corniche) is just a few minutes w

All good, very clean, large room, Large bath room, I looked at all the
restaurants and found them good value for the food on offer and I dined
in the Lebanese restaurant . All the staff I met were excellent this
must be down to good training and management in put, the attention to
detail in addressing the guests requirements was very good.

As an industry NGO, we are constantly on the road traveling around the globe conducting events, speaking at conferences and supporting exhibitions.
Abu Dhabi in the UAE is an annual destination for us in the Winter in January for the past decade.

I had travelled to Abu dhabi by road from muscat along with my family
including 2 kids. We had made the reservation through letsbookhotel.com few
hours before we started. This time we wanted to spend less on lodging
and spend more on fun and visiting places. After serious search, I could
only find very few hotels at this rate. Keeping fingers crossed made the
booking. Called the reception and obtained confirmation and conveyed to
them that we would be arriving mid night.

It is always good to say it loud whenever you have been treated well and that's exactly what I had from my stay in Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, although it was short but enough to have the great and WOW first impression.
The great service, smiling team and the wonderful swimming pool made all the above.

This is the second time for me in this hotel and were generally establish a distinct and wonderful which is characterized by calm, peace and spectacular view of the room.I loved modern design of the room and various equipment and especially the bathroom and rainy shower. As well as the swimming pool is very suitable, especially for children.
For this I recommend this hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi.
