Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board b

It is a lovely hotel, pure luxury in Emirates style. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated. I had a good view of the city. The rooftop pool was heated and a nice way to get some exercise. Since taxis are relatively cheap in Abu Dhabi, I used them to get around. But the bus station is literally right across the street so you could easily use buses to get around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Millennium and would stay again!

Liked the reception service, TJ served us. He was very professional, pleasant, helpful and efficient in addressing our questions and requests.
The concierge team were equally helpful, nothing was too difficult.

Magnificent! Amazing staff, attention to detail, they prepared for us a birthday and anniversary cake to our rooms, such a nice and meaningful touch. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, pool great, fitness room excellent modern machines. Good location as easy access to Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi and Marina Mall. Loved it so much looking to book another weekend stay there in a few weeks! Absolutely Amazing hotel, really recommend it we felt like royalty

It's very conveniently located, across the road from El Dorado cinema, three bakeries (one of which opens at 5.00 am!), and a 24h supermarket.
On the same side of the hotel, there are laundromats, small cafes (one I would recommend is Captain Puff Pastry....delicious and very affordable local pizzas...loved the Kraft and honey), and some sports shops.

It is always good to say it loud whenever you have been treated well and that's exactly what I had from my stay in Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, although it was short but enough to have the great and WOW first impression.
The great service, smiling team and the wonderful swimming pool made all the above.

This is the second time for me in this hotel and were generally establish a distinct and wonderful which is characterized by calm, peace and spectacular view of the room.I loved modern design of the room and various equipment and especially the bathroom and rainy shower. As well as the swimming pool is very suitable, especially for children.
For this I recommend this hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi.

There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints. I liked everything at Sands Hotel, It was really professional, clean, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Ms. Anam at the reception and Mr. Sujith the Cleaner specially who really take care of their guests. Very close to the Abu Dhabi airport. Friendly staff and fast check in. My lugguges were quicky delivedcto my room. I booked 16th August 2013 hoping to check in by 6:00am on 17th August for short break before I continue my journey to dubai. Excellent alternative to expensive 5* hotels. You have everything you
need. Rooms are simple, large and comfortable for families. Free wifi in
room and throughout hotel was excellent. Provision of floats and life
jackets for children from babies upwards at the swimming pool was
useful. Lifeguard on duty and paying close attention to people using the
pool area. Costa coffee inside the hotel offered snacks etc plus a
selection of other things. This hotel allows delivery from restaurants
outside.
