We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The Sunnyside is a family-run establishment in a superb location, set just a few minutes' walk from the Victorian promenade and near the Great Orme in Llandudno.

Was there for just 3 days but felt like the staff treated us very welland became part of the family. - the staff were really friendly and very helpful. they made my children and i feel very welcome.

Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

everything was brilliant made us feel very welcome especially kind and helpful with regards to our dog - sausages for breakfast greatly appreciated.

Situated very well for beach and shops. Friendly landlord and staff. Large comfy bed nice linen, good seating in room and very clean.Coffee etc. with biscuits and mints a nice touch, also slippers provided was a nice surprise.
Great full English breakfast !
Garden to front with nice seating area, shame it wasn't getting the sun but very pleasant to sit in when warm.

A very warm welcome and a beautiful single room at the top of the building with stunning views of the sea and bay between the Great Orme and Little Orme. It was veyr nice to have a quiet separate breakfast room from the large coach parties. The choice of breakfasts was amazing. The large secure parking area was a real bonus. All in all, an excellent hotel with real value for money. Thank you!

Very friendly, helpful staff. As I had booked 2 rooms, at once, they were treated as 2 separate bookings through letsbookhotel.com and so were not together. But the receptionist seeing we were a family went out of her way to find a room that would be closer to the other one.
