The hotel was ideally situated for a a seaside holiday and exploring the local area and country-side. The staff were very helpful and courteous and there was adequate evening entertainment. The food was well prepared and a the menu catered for different tastes and of the right quantity. The bar prices were comparable to pub prices. There was plenty of space in the sitting area. There was car-parking within the hotel grounds. The provision of Wi-Fi. and disable friendly although I am not disable.
όλα τα σχόλια » A very warm welcome and a beautiful single room at the top of the building with stunning views of the sea and bay between the Great Orme and Little Orme. It was veyr nice to have a quiet separate breakfast room from the large coach parties. The choice of breakfasts was amazing. The large secure parking area was a real bonus. All in all, an excellent hotel with real value for money. Thank you!. Good value for money. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good location on sea-front. Good choice at breakfast and evening meals were very good, although I didn't like the fact that there was a fixed price of £20 for 3 courses. Would have preferred the option to pay for 1,2, or 3 courses. After the initial shock of the very outdated room we found the hotel to be very clean and friendly. The breakfast was excellent - a good well cooked English breakfast. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We did have a sea view and the location of the hotel was perfect. the location was ideal for children to be right on top of beach and amusements. The room was clean and everything available for our stay. The receptionist was polite and helpful.The food was excellent and plenty of choice nothing was too much trouble, I would return again. Hotel in excellent location and on arrival staff very friendly. My room was clean and spacious with Tea making facilities which is a must for me, and pleased with the generous amount of milk portions. Good breakfast and staff were attentive, checking everything was ok. very nice hotel staff brilliant, very helpful, nothing was to much for them. All the staff were lovely. I was travelling alone and the dining room evening staff and the bar person were friendly and welcoming. The location is great and it's only a few minutes walk to the shops, and a few steps to the promenade and the beach. The location of the hotel close to the beach and shops The hotel was a very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly and the inclusive breakfast was very good Well worth a second visit in the future. Only having to pay half the double room price for a single room. We only had one night there but would like to go back again. The location was great, you overlooked the seafront and could see both Orme's. You had all the shops and restaurants situated behind the hotel.Bonus was the hotel had parking. I stayed as a single person in a double room which was ok but if there were 2 people, the room size needed to be a bit bigger. Old fashioned TVs with only 5 channels, none tuned to Welsh channels in either English or Welsh. Impossibly steep stairs from the ground floor to the gents toilet. Following an early morning fire alarm, no explanation as to the cause. The rooms advertised on the website did not bear any resemblance to our actual room. Portable tv, sink in the bedroom and very poor wi-fi signal which was only received in the communal areas. there was nothing that I did not like it was perfect trip. For the price charged you cannot have anything negative to say about this hotel's facilities. The food wasn't great and the breakfast waiter had my order wrong. I especially asked for crispy bacon, tomatoes and mushroom. I hate flabby bacon and that's exactly what I got. I don't like eggs and I had an egg instead of the tomatoes I asked for. Nothing. Being treated like the poor relations, because we had booked on the cheap through letsbookhotel.com. The evening meals were overpriced, particularly for the children, and especially as they were nothing special; a bit like school dinners. Other hotels, in the vicinity, were doing 3 courses for much less. My only complaint would be no fans in the room as it was rather warm when we stayed and the waiting staff were slow and seemed dissorganised at breakfast. shower was naff!. Nothing to dislike. Good seaside holiday accommodation. Although the breakfast at the hotel was lovely the tables had been reserved with our names on already. I felt uncomfortable as I was so close to the next table, (they were nearer to me than my husband, who sat opposite me.) Not nice' let us choose to sit where we want. No mirror in the bathroom. restaurants were somewhat chaotic at breakfast times but the food was very good. It was a shame the only access to the bar was through the ballroom and the area was very small. im surprised the tv ws still analogue..5 channels ,but this was not important. Nothing negative to report. Thought Evening Meal was a bit expensive and was not really impressed with the menu for the price. Room could benefit from decorating. Reception area needs to look more welcoming and be in a better location - first impressions are important. Nothing. Nothing. nothing. The lift was very small, old fashioned, had to close two doors yourself,very difficult when you are disabled. The only snag, the elec sockets were quite in accessable, behind furniture which had to be moved before they could be used. A bit noisy at night because had to keep windows open in the hot weather. The car par is very tight to get out of if you have a large car. extremely small bathroom (the wash hand basin was outside in the bedroom) very poorly placed shower. Nothing. The price of dinner @ £20 was rather exhorbitant. Room, bathroom and shower all a little cramped. N/A. Mattress could have been more comfortable.
