Situated in the seaside resort of Llandudno, Granby House is just 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest sandy beach. Free WiFi is available, as well as limited free private on-site parking.
Guests can take a cable car up to the summit of the Great Orme’s limestone headland or be entertained on the pier. Both activities are within a 10-minute walk. Llandudno Rail Station can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot, and the town centre features many pubs, cafés and restaurants.
A home-cooked full English breakfast is on offer, made with locally sourced produce.
Each en suite room is well equipped with a tray of tea and coffee making facilities, TV, alarm clock and a hairdryer. Ironing facilities are available on request.
The Great Orme Tramway is 0.4 miles away, Conway Castle is 4.5 miles away and the Welsh Mountain Zoo is 6.5 miles away. Surf Snowdonia can be reached in 30 minutes by car, Bounce Below is a 50-minute drive away and South Stack Lighthouse is 46.4 miles away.

Jo an Martin were very welcoming and friendly hosts, it was very quiet when we were there and so they moved us to a room with a view of the Orme. it was a quiet room with a lovely view. The rooms are not huge but it was fine for the two of us. Unfortunately my husband and I were both unwell during our stay (nothing to do with Granby House) but what we had of the breakfast was well cooked local produce with huge portions. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!.
I really enjoyed my stay at Granby House, a very friendly service which provided everything I needed. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for good value for money. Very Clean with a great breakfast (cooked fresh), right in the centre which puts everything within reasonable walking distance but far enough away to not be disturbed. You wont be dissapointed.
Just returned from a few days in Granby House, Llandudno. Jo & Martin were excellent hosts; the B&B was exceptionally clean; the bed was really comfy and cooked breakfast was great too. Parked our car outside the B&B and walked to all the local attractions. Definitely recommend this B&B, will go back soon.
The owners Jo and Martin were really friendly and couldn't have made us feel more welcome, the room was clean and very well presented, breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect for a short walk into the town centre with excellent eating places and local pubs and attractions.
Very welcoming owners, make you feel like visiting friends. Guesthouse is in very good location, close to all interesting places in Llandudno yet very quiet area. Room very clean with all amenities. Breakfast cooked to request and fullfilling.
What a fantastic place to stay! So close to everything. The place was spotless. Very impressed with the attention to detail Superb breakfast. Friendly owners who were very helpful and obviously took immense pride in looking after the Granby.
