Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and
conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The accommodation is walking distance to everywhere and oncewe had parked up in our allotted parking spot we never had to use thecar. We left feeling very relaxed after having a very enjoyable week

Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone

On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

the friendliness of the staff at the hotel were seconed to non , excellent. from the time of check in , to the time we checked out , nothing was too much trouble .one member of staff i would like to point out individually, alas , his name escapes me , but the young man who served behind the bar in the inntro bar ( eve of 29th may) was very welcom
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ing and had a smile for everyone . very pleasant . - As above when I added a third person I was just expecting a sofa bed, or fold away bed, but there was an actual single bed, with no compromise on size of hotel room. Also both my son and daughter forgot their toothbrushes and unfortunately there were no shops in the immediate vicinity to purchase these, but you graciously gave complimentary ones. - Thank you!

We had a great weekend stay, hotel is lovely, food was excellent and staff were excellent. Would stay at the Feathers again.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and very clean. I was told that they even have a policy to buy 5 beds every month so they are all in good condition... The staff we really helpful and friendly from the start. Our 2 night mid week strip was partly to see Pink Martini (Oregon group)
with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and,
inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50%
of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -
not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very
quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

location of the apartment was very central ideal for shopping and seeing the city ,as a Beatles fan we where close to the cavern and it was quiet at night. a really lovely 3 day experience. -
