What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. I loved the informal set up. - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, great location and good value for money

The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was. They are superb in there. - just the

The staff was absolutely kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, new, tidy and very comfortable. Rooms included free Digital TV. Toilets were clean and with shower. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel or revisiting it if I ever go back to Liverpool. - Central location, very smart presentation, room comfortable, bathroom clean and plenty of towels, toileteries etc, sound-proofing seemed good as heard no noise all night despite the hotel being full of Scottish and Russian football fans! Excellent breakfast buffet.

We had a great weekend stay, hotel is lovely, food was excellent and staff were excellent. Would stay at the Feathers again.
