The hotel was clean & I liked the fact that it was in an old bank which made it an interesting building.The room was large & the bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. We were staying for my sons graduation from Lipa.Seven of us .It was the perfect place to stay.We liked the amazing beautiful stone building, the very large rooms with high ceilings and stone balcony,the individual nature of the hotel and the atmosphere,the beautiful decor, the huge double bed and lovely linen, the friendly and professional staff, the breakfast was extremely good, luxurious bathroom and toiletries, extremely clean. The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was. They are superb in there. - just the

the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at

The staff was absolutely kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, new, tidy and very comfortable. Rooms included free Digital TV. Toilets were clean and with shower. The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets! Very convenient central location, good parking, friendly and helpfulstaff, very clean and smart, service excellent, very good value formoney, very good breakfast service - Very clean and comfortable. Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone

On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

Also both my son and daughter forgot their toothbrushes and unfortunately there were no shops in the immediate vicinity to purchase these, but you graciously gave complimentary ones. - Thank you!
