for the price the welcome tray does not have any substantial food items - breakfast tray was better for an apartment
a normal supply of tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits as per all hotels which usually have a cooked breakfast for the price -

As I was visiting an elderly relative at the hospital across the road,
for my needs it was the perfect location and was close enough to the
town centre for a break in between visiting hours. The owners were
extremely helpful and allowed me to leave the car with them before the
return trip to Yorkshire. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » f were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were given a room in the gardens because we had our small dog with us and this was perfect for us, the room had everything we needed and it was cosy in the cold weather we were having. -
We have stayed at Fairlawns many times and have never been disappointed. We arrived a bit early after a long transatlantic flight and Matt was very accommodating about finding a room that met our needs even though it was not the room they had planned for us. The breakfast was fabulous as usual.

Warm friendly reception, lovely home cooked food, WIFI,clean well equipped room & en-suite with good selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate & biscuits in room. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurant and shops. Thoughtfully provided a packed breakfast for my Son's sporting activity voluntarily which was really appreciated. -

The room was comfy, warm and very clean.
Breakfast was lovely and we weren't rushed to leave the breakfast room despite being there after 10am.

Don't judge a book by it's cover... it's not in the best position as it's on a busy crossroads, but don't miss out - go in! You will not be dissapointed and once you're in you don't hear the traffic at all. The staff, the room, the food - everything was first class! The owners have spent a fortune but it's been well spent and it just works! We had a very lovely stay, will be coming back and telling all our friends. Thank you!
