The staff were attentive and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The
room was clean and comfortable looking over the Park and very quite. The
adjoining restaurant was very Honest. We will visit again sometime -

The welcome was superb, complimentary drinks mini bar and chocolate bar.
I know it doesn't sound like much but those little touches really do
make a stay more memorable. The staff were very helpful and the iPad

This is without a doubt one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is efficient but laid back . The hotel had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the fitness facilities although not extensive were adequate. The room was well equipped and a good size (we stayed in a superior room). The bed was really comfortable. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was really tasty with good choices

Was upgraded from executive double to executive suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The decoration and facilities in the room were superb, one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed in. Unlike the reviews it had helpful and friendly staff, a large and clean room and an excellent breakfast choice; in all a very pleasant stay. Very good value for money at the special tariff. Do not be put off by the negative reviews - We had the most fantastic stay. We were given the "bridal suite", bottle of Cava and fruit. The meal was included

The place is conveniently located between the university and the city
center, a step away from the main train station, even though I found out
that Exeter St.Davis station is the one you'll probably use if
you're coming from London. The owners are very nice, and helpful and
the place is overall quite nice. -

The room (1) was a good size and the bed very comfortable. All the staff
were helpful and friendly. The breakfast although not self service
offered a good choice and the cooked breakfast was very good. I thought
the hotel offered excellent value for money for a couple of nights stay
in Exeter. Encountered a bathroom sink leak on arrival around 7pm

The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. What really surprised me, was that the location of the hotel was much closer to the centre of Exeter than I had imagined. It was only a 5 minute leasurely walk to the heart of the city. I would have no hesitations whatsoever of staying here again. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Excellent staff, friendly helpful arrival, even though we arrived late
in the evening as we had advised, and that approach continued next day
morning. Rooms were fine, and bathroom facilities good especially
bearing in mind usual British plumbing standards. Location very close to

However it was the first b & b that I saw people waiting for tables for breakfast and felt uncomfortable that people were sat by the side of me waiting for a table while we were eating our breakfast. The Georgian Lodge is situated in the centre of Exeter with a short walk to the highstreet and shops!
The staff were very polite and welcoming and couldnt do enough for you! We were both very pleased with the standard of the breakfast menu and the quality of the food! A good way to start the day with a hot full english! :-) couldnt fault the cleanliness of the b&b!

Excellent location for visiting Exeter city centre, with lovely friendly staff. just 5 minutes walk from either Exeter St Davids or Exeter central. The room was comfortable and clean, and the en suite was very nice, the staff were friendly and the guest house in a good location for the city centre. We enjoyed a choice of breakfasts in the morning, overall a good stay, we would book again.
