fresh and clean - The decor of the room was very good and the bathroom very modern, thebed very comfortable.

The staff were attentive and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The
room was clean and comfortable looking over the Park and very quite. The
adjoining restaurant was very Honest. We will visit again sometime -
Very friendly staff, good value hotel, great breakfast. Bathrooms could do with refurb in due course but spacious and clean.

The hotel and its grounds were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was nicely furnished, clean and quiet enough to sleep well - there was some noise outside quite late from passers-by returning home as it was a Friday night, but nothing too disturbing.
The reception staff were pleasant and efficient; parking was secure and close by.
And I was particularly grateful for a proper ironing board! -

shower was poerful and hot. Breakfast was well worth the £8 you can
prepay to reception on arrival. One of the best breakfast buffets I have
had in a city hotel. Including ready made porridge.

The welcome was superb, complimentary drinks mini bar and chocolate bar.
I know it doesn't sound like much but those little touches really do

This is without a doubt one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere is efficient but laid back . The hotel had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and the fitness facilities although not extensive were adequate. The room was well equipped and a good size (we stayed in a superior room). The bed was really comfortable. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was really tasty with good choices

Was upgraded from executive double to executive suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The decoration and facilities in the room were superb, one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed in. Unlike the reviews it had helpful and friendly staff, a large and clean room and an excellent breakfast choice; in all a very pleasant stay. Very good value for money at the special tariff. Do not be put off by the negative reviews - We had the most fantastic stay. We were given the "bridal suite", bottle of Cava and fruit. The meal was included

Hotel was easy to find, great for parking, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were first class, friendly and efficient. Food was very good with good range from bar snacks upwards, breakfast very good. Staff at golf Club friendly and helpful -

Situated on the Exmouth seafront, the Ash Hotel bed and breakfast is around a 5-minute walk from Exmouth Rail Station. Buses can be caught metres from the property, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout....

Ash - the owner is a wonderful person, who helps with everything you need and always smiles! A family room was clean and the view to the sea - what else could you wish! Even bedsheets were cotton and not that synthetic as in most hotels! Recommend to everyone!

We had a room with an amazing see view. Apart from a few scuffs on walls and doors caused by careless guests the room was great. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us and went out of their way to
accommodate our every need.
The food was second to none and Nico should be commended for his attentiveness to people's needs and his professionalism

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and good restaurants, especially the Italian.
If you eat in, you WILL put on weight!
Comfortable side room with reasonable view.
Very clean, despite the obvious age of the building, which adds to the "antique charm".
Enjoyed my few days break and would happily return.

A wonderful visit (FlyBe Belfast to Exeter) to a most beautiful region.The hotel in all aspects was excellent, staff courteous, good manners,attentive and good at their jobs. A minor hiccup. - The staff were extremely good and nothing was too much trouble for them - due to staff shortages they were all multi-tasking but the good service was not lost. We particularly liked the head waiter/operations manager who always had a lovely smile and curteous manner for young and old alike. We loved our room that had a double aspect with far reaching views - totally delightful.
