Hostal de la Luz was a great find. The owners were extremely helpful and kind and the breakfast was good value for money. The room was spacious and clean and had a rooftop view over the river and church. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to the town, tapas bars were closer and the area was nice and quiet. Definitely recommended! -

Lovely small hotel in a good location near the river. Only 10 mins walk to the old town and all the sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although they did not speak English and our Spanish is very limited they still managed to give us directions to some sights outside Cuenca and recommended places to eat.

The La Posada de Manolo is adjacent to the Cathedral and some goodrestaurants and shopping. The hotel is beautifully decorated and ourroom was large and comfortable. Excellent, helpful & friendly staff. On a busy road but couldn't hear the traffic. Steep walk up to the hanging houses etc, beautiful place. Lots of bars, cafes & shops nearby. Good WiFi. -

Superb breakfast. Quite hotel, and location. Super clean. Staff goes out of their way to please you. No one rush you out of the room to lean it. No cleanears talking in early morning at your door.Beautiful room, with great aircon, powerful masagge shower, spa bathroom products.Big new towels, free wifi....a delight. -

This is a very nice hostal, with a good location on a side street,
inside the city walls. A basic breakfast is provided. But what made our
visit really special was Eami (sp?) at the front desk. She went way
beyond our expectations helping us get to the hostal with our rental car
so we could unload our luggage. I think she's the most helpful,

We felt great during our stay at Hostal La Campana; the staff was
extremely friendly, especially Antonio, the man at the reception, who I
assume is one of the owners as well. He was extremely helpful and nice.
The breakfast was very good as well, we paid only an extra 2 eur to get
a plate of queso and jamon. The room was big, the towels were changed
every day and the bathroom was very clean.

We could see all the city of Toledo through the window! :) We got beautiful, large terrace with table and chairs. Internet is fast. It was great! I loved Toledo! and there is actually a bus passing near the hotel (2 m) going to Toledo "downtown" in 10min, it was the bus 7.1 - the terrasse

The staff was very, very helpful. The young woman at the desk instructed
us on sites to see in Both Guadalajara and Madrid given our limited
time. The hotel was only a few minutes drive to the center of town and
convenient to the Autovia as well. It was very comfortable and they were
upgrading the mattresses while we were there, so now even better

We stayed in the hostal. Location is very good, room was very clean, modern and comfortable; the air-con worked perfectly. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful; most spoke English or were patient with our poor Spanish. Recommend the hostal to anyone who appreciates comfort and value, probably not the Mercedes-Benz/designer clothes crowd. -
