Large room (a double) with modern Scandinavian furniture. New and stylish bath room. Great view at the food market across the street (note that you might end up looking at the apartment block on the opposite side of the building). Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant downstairs (included in room price) where I also had a very favorably priced (for Oslo standards) meal at night. Probably the best place I've stayed in Oslo. Price-quality ratio is excellent!

The apartments were fantastic! We were met by the lovely Kari, who showed us to our 6th floor 1 bed apartment. The building itself has good security and a lift, and is very clean.

The apartment was well decorated, with all appliances you need. Balcony and a shared terrace was a plus for the "lucky" weather conditions we had. There is a child's playground in the garden and a supermarket right below the apartments. So we've been able to cook at home. Detergent for the dish washer and the washing machine is given - no need to bring your own. Recommended for long stays for leisure or business.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment that the booking was made. Light Evening Meal is good and not just 'light'. Breakfast spread is good and they server you hot fried eggs. Recommended for family. You can buy Oslo Pass from the hotel. A number of eating joints close by.

This is an absolute gem and a bargin in an expensive city, my girfriend and I have just returned and were almost going to change hotel after reading reviews describing the area as being like a red light district. I'm so glad we didn't as this is a major exageration in our weekend here we seen nothing of the sort and never felt anxious or uneasy wal
