We found the hotel to be more than we expectd. The restaurant hadfairly priced food, the room was adequate and location was perfect forour needs. - I got sick during the night/early morning and the cafe was still open and was able get teas and beverage to settle my stomach

A beautiful place to stay!
You can take the Ibis/Etap/Novotel bus from the airport and get off at Novotel, then walk one block.
Grocery store is a few blocks away. Good prices there.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff are very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable and spotless.
Breakfast is good. Beside the train station. Also free shuttle to
airport. Hoofddorp is okay if you're looking for a cheaper
alternative to Amsterdam, but there is nothing locally. This is a
business hotel in a business park. Perfect if you have business nearby

This is a great hotel. It is not right in the city central, but in a cute little neighbourhood with restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner, and the centre of Amsterdam just an easy tramride away. Nice clean little city (or suburb?). Almost whole part of Holland is reachable in few hours from here by car or by train. - Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Shuttle bus service excellent.

The breakfast was filling and the staff was very kind. They even remembered our drink preferences in the morning, so the personal touch was very nice. The hotel was very well localizated (about 20 minutes of the centre).
The breakfeast was amazing: diferente types of bread, cereals, fruit, cakes, croissants, juice, yogurt, milk, coffee ... Definitely may favorite thing in the hotel.

The hotel is newly refurnished, rooms are quite small but enough if you don't intend to spend the whole day inside. Ask for a standard room, not a small room. Breakfast is good, large choice. Located next to concert hall, van gogh museum and rijskmuseum. Tram nr.16 has a stop in front of the hotel, and will take you to Dam Square in 10 mins and Central Station in 12-15 mins. The area is wonderful, sorrouded by houses made of bricks.

This hotel has an excellent location in pleasant and prosperous Amsterdam Zuid, close to the Concertgebouw. Posh shops and restaurants as well as an affordable supermarket are close by. Amsterdam's historic center and major museums are easily reachable by public transportation.

Our room was well equipped, and had access to a shared balcony. The rates are very reasonable by A'dam standards. -
I loved the location, private bathroom and room size. It was walking distance to the museums, public transportation to the airport and other areas was around the corner from the hotel. The rooms were clean, bathrooms as well, cable television and heating.
