The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views.
They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing.

The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very
pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if
staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other
reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

Excellent hotel, walking distance from the cable car going up Mount Etna.
We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay.
The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.

The general staff attitude was excellent. English was well spoken and there were no serious communication difficulties.
Although dining was a bit of a bear garden the choice of food was perfectly satisfactory, wine was included and there were no difficulties with teenagers having second or third helpings.

The hotel is set in the lovely location between trees. It has excellent sporting facilities (including 50m swiming pool) as well as a little decking along sea front where you can rest and enjoy lovely views.

Fantastic quiet location and views both inland and looking down to the coast and out to the islands-what sunsets. easy access off the coastal highway.
the special food delivered by the enthusiastic psychology professor and friends in the Disio hostaria was fantastic, 5 star+ and really should be made more of in the advertising.

The location was superb and as we chose not to drive on our short break, the buses, bars and restaurants were all on our doorstep. Very nice staff, absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is well-located, very close to the city center (app. 10 minutes walk from Piazza D'uomo), and very close to the fancy bar, Spinella :) On the other hand the rooms are not noisy at all. The prices are very good compared to the location and the service. And the breakfast was just love

Large, clean rooms, well equipped . The balconies facing Via Etnea are small, but yes, you do see Etna. Very nice staff, both at reception and breakfast. The central location on Via Etnea is convenient; of course it comes with street noise - but the solid window shutters together with the air condition solved our sleeping problems. In short, excellent value for money.

convenient location and breakfast! - Very convenient situation, especially for the ferry terminal. Godd breakfast served until quite late for those who don't like to get up early on holiday.
