Loved that the location was so calm and peaceful. The facilities offered a large lounge room, plus large bathroom and bedroom. Felt very spacious.

The host was very welcoming; once we took our luggage to the room and
went to the dining area to use the wi-fi and he brought us espressos and
water. The room is lovely, spacious, with nice bathroom and good
mattresses. The dinner at the hotel should not be missed; the food is
wonderful - a real find and quite reasonable. The breakfast was nice,
not just sweets.

A rare gem in the sicilian country side, situated in a valley on the north side of mount Etna with spectacular 360 degrees view. This is a unique property - an old manor house, fully restored, a producing vineyard and an excellent estate wine that is well worth the modest price. The property is nothing less than dramatic - indeed it looks like a movie set, and could have been, for that matter since, as one of the owners told me, during WWII it was commandeered as a German military hospital, and subsequently taken over by the Allies for the same purpose. The Petrara Resort is a charming agriturismo resort in Avola. During our stay there, there were no wandering farm animals except for a couple of cats. What a haven of peace & tranqulity set in beautiful gardens with a very inviting pool - we had a lovely time just wished we`d stayed longer.Our hosts couldn`t do enough for us and even followed us out in the morning to make sure we got on the motorway ok - thankyou for a very relaxing stay.

The attention to detail was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The country setting was lovely. The only problems we had were returning at the end of a days outing in the car as the GPS did not pick up all the small roads. A very detailed map is important to have. As well there are one way streets in the nearby towns so you don't always follow the same routes leaving the hotel and returning to it.

Great location, very accommodating.. Very helpful staff, very close to Fontana Bianche.. The bicycles available for free on the property were a great way to get to the beach and rocks. The restaurant on site is amazing.. The wait staff was incredible and very accommodating.. -

Very helpful flat owner, you can call or send sms any time and you will get the answer. Perfect location, very nice flat with good equipped kitchen - everything for cooking! We got flat with terrace at 3th floor, it was perfect! Very close is small supermarket, bakery, ferry port, many local eating places around. I recommend this small apartment hotel.

To be able to lean out the window and look into the centre of Piazza Duomo was just amazing. Very clean comfortable room with a good bathroom, air conditioned and quiet thanks to two rows of double glazing. Sitting in the Piazza Duomo cafe having the included breakfast was fantastic and driving our car out of the hotel's garage through the middle of the pedestrian square like local residents was simply priceless. The owners were really helpful and we can thoroughly recommend this place.

We liked this B&B which has character and a great location right in the town centre and a view of mount Etna.Very helpful hosts and home made cakes and flans for breakfast-lovely! The B&B is reasonable value for money but you have to factor in parking costs for the multi storey car park, which is only a five minute walk away. -

First of all the hotel is very clean and very good located right in the middle of the town.
Second, and the most important, Giuseppe is the best thing that could happen to you in Taormina. He is extremely efficient and kind.
If you want to go to the beach ask Giuseppe for Playa del Sol. Very nice. -
