Lovely old style comfortable hotel in a quiet location which is not stuffy or formal. Our lake-facing front bedroom was spacious, well furnished and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space. We loved staying there! The appartement is spacious, has a small kitchen
(including a coffee machine, fridge, dishes etc) and all rooms have lake
view. It's true that the hotel is up on the hill and therefore maybe
a little difficult to find at first and a like 20 min walk from the
city, but otherwise it wouldn't have this amazing view of the lake

Witnessed a sunset so beautiful I could not capture it in photos. The
apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was a good
sized apartment. Everything functioned good. It was also very peaceful
and a very comfortable place to stay in. The host Alessio was also
wonderful, pleasant and very accommodating. He took us downtown to the
supermarket, the ferry, and he was always there when we needed a ride

The area of Menaggio is absolutely gorgeous! There are many things to do. We took a City run boat to Verenna and almost "ran out of film" there were so many amazing photo opps. We almost took a public bus to Switzerland which is only 25 mins.away. Lake Como is spectacularly beautiful.
The owners Simone and his Mother Pernucia are very helpful and friendly.
