I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

- No toilet paper in the toilet paper holder.
- The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l -
The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

I was concerned about the noise being so close to the airport, which is why we chose this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised as it was sound proof. It was one of the best night sleep I had while on our three week tour. this was our last night. Beds and linen wan very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there eg. dinner and breakfast

For someone who needs to stay a few days ...or even just one night this hotel is just an excellent choice: Shuttle connected to both terminals, quiet area with nice surrounding, rooms are very clean ...as indeed just everything at the hotel, nice luminous reception, sitting area and breakfast hall decorated in warm colors. Good breakfast. Indeed helpful kind and sympathetic staff. I would like to have all my hotels this style. Highly recommended.

It was a splendid residence.
Almost everything you need is there.
If you love to cook a bit for yourself then, this place is your first choice.
Very modern and comfortable.
To really enjoy this place, rent a car and you'll have the fun of your life.
I will go here whenever I'm in milan. -

Although stark on the outside, the First Hotel Malpensa was very nice and modern inside. The restaurant was quite good and the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful. I was also amazed at how quiet the hotel was, considering how close we were to the airport. No outside noise filtered in at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to other tra

We were even able to leave a piece of luggage with them for a week between two of our stays. And lastly, we were travelling with a six month old baby, and they had already provided the cot.

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The resta

I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. The restaurant in itself is worth the detour. - Proxi

The staff is really welcoming and friendly. They fit their schedule to your needs. I liked that they suggested a very good place to eat and brought me there.
I felt comfortable staying there. The place is very nice, spacious and clean. You can tell they take good care of the place. They provide clean towels and water.

Newer property that was very clean and comfortable (probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in all of Europe!). The staff was very accommodating and helpful, making sure they showed me where breakfast is served in the morning and how to get in touch with them should I need assistance.
Excellent value. Close to Malpensa but not so close that you hear airplanes all night long.

We would certainly stay here again and would be pleased to recommend it. - Our stay was too short to enjoy all the niceties. This is a fine facility. We chose it because we had an 8 a.m. flight; needed to be at the airport at 6; the night was far too short. But everything was fine. Wish we had had more time to enjoy it. Room rate was a factor; the airport hotel was very pricey; this was reasonable.

We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport
