Even though our room was not lakeside we had a great view of the villas and the beautiful mountains.
The terrace has a great view over the lake.
WiFi was good.
Provided free parking - unexpected bonus.

The situation on the shores of Lake Como was gorgeous and very convenient. Hotel wasvery comfortable and very friendly and helpful for local information. Food was great and we had a womderful stay.
Location is great; just on the side of the lake, with a wonderful terrace where one can have breakfast and dinner. Rooms are modern, perfectly insulated, no noise from the street can be heard.

The lovely view of the lake from our room which had a large balcony. Our renovated bathroom was very good and the room size large. This hotel was close to the ferry and bus stops.

My husband asked for help (from receptionist) with the quickest way to get to the airport - unfortunately when we got to the ferry we had been given wrong information and had missed the ferry we should have taken - our journey home ended up being 3 hours longer as a result!.

our room was directly over the kitchen which opened at 6am every day and finished at 9:30pm every night. the pork "milanese" is made on site, i know this as the noise of the chef banging the pork flat is what i would be listening to in my room in the evening.
