The hotel was located right on the canal and our room had a view of it. Absolutely beautiful, quaint. - Near great charch Santa Maria della Salute. For old town its a good placement for wolk lovers. Friendship staff. Normal breakfast.

If you are looking for a charming but not luxurious place to sleep out of the high traffic district of Venice, this hotel fits your needs. Our room on the top floor overlooked a quite scenic canal. There was no lift so we had to climb a couple flights of stairs. It is a convenient base for experiencing Venice. The staff speaks enough English

The location of this small family run hotel was perfect, close to absolutely everything (we recommend to get off at the Rialto water bus stop, it's very close to here, rather than San Marco). The staff were lovely, and were more than happy to give great local dinner recommendations and tips on where to go and what to see in Venice.

The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

+location - near the bridge Realto in San Marco district. Very nice location for seeing Venice. 2 minutes from Grand Canal if you arrive on vapporetto, there is an excess to the canal near the hotel entrance (30 metres) if you arrive by water taxi.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked well and room size was very good. The breakfast was good supplying ham, cheese, and sweet breads. Canned fruit and yogurt were also available. Overall we were quite satisfied with Hotel Bartolomeo. The location was very good. Close to Rialto bridge and 10 minutes from San Marco square.
