The location of this small family run hotel was perfect, close to absolutely everything (we recommend to get off at the Rialto water bus stop, it's very close to here, rather than San Marco). The location was convenient as it is near the waterbus station which takes you anywhere. The room was clean and neat. We are a group of 4 friends and requested 4 single beds which Hotel Tivoli accommodated. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with hams and bread. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

+location - near the bridge Realto in San Marco district. Very nice location for seeing Venice. 2 minutes from Grand Canal if you arrive on vapporetto, there is an excess to the canal near the hotel entrance (30 metres) if you arrive by water taxi.
Very good place to stay in Venice in terms of value for money.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked well and room size was very good. The breakfast was good supplying ham, cheese, and sweet breads. Canned fruit and yogurt were also available. Overall we were quite satisfied with Hotel Bartolomeo. The location was very good. Close to Rialto bridge and 10 minutes from San Marco square.
