I loved the location and the setup of the hotel. a small boutique set away in a building on the 4th floor it gives the feeling of intimacy and personality. with a small balcony and very friendly and welcoming staff i can recomend this for people that like to stay away from the big hotels and are looking for something more intimate. it was nice and clean and well taken care. the simplicity combined with the mediteran style really appealed to me.

Its about a 10 minute walk from the Roma Termini (which feels long with luggage) but very conveniently located with good bus connections to the entire city. After all I have read about ROME budget hotels, I was pleasently surprised about this one. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break

The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. -

We enjoyed our stay in Roma Vaticano. Excellent location. Vatican city in walking distance. Metro station just 5 blocks away. Shopping centers nearby. The tours recommended by the staff were excellent recommendations. Rooms are very clean and quite (hotel is on the third floor). Hotel has a different atmosphere, as it is situated in an office and apartment building. Hotel staff is very flexible (breakfast time) and friendly.
